Artist Statement

I create large-scale abstract paintings centered on color, light, and emotional immersion.

My practice is intuitive and process-driven, with a strong focus on blue tonalities, gradients, and subtle transitions that evoke horizon, movement, and stillness. Color functions as space rather than decoration, inviting contemplation and a physical relationship between the viewer and the surface.

The Lines series reflects my interest in balance and openness. Through the interaction of free and structured lines, a central point of light often emerges, encouraging the viewer to enter the work rather than observe it from a distance. Each painting remains open to individual perception and emotional experience.

Scale plays a fundamental role in my work. I primarily work with large formats, allowing color to expand beyond the canvas and engage directly with architectural environments. These paintings are created to live within space, bringing calm, depth, and quiet strength to contemporary interiors.
